Beastie Boys Sued Over Sampling
The Beastie Boys are being sued. On the eve of Adam Yauch‘s unfortunate death, the Beastie Boys were served with allegations from TufAmerica, claiming that the rap group and Universal Music Group sampled songs by go-go and R&B group Trouble Funk.
