Boasting great dialogue and a killer cast, “The Master” has just released a brand new teaser trailer for all to see.
The Paul Thomas Anderson film, produced by the Weinstein Company, is set in America in the years following World War II.
Per the synopsis, “A charismatic intellectual (Philip Seymour Hoffman) launches a faith-based organization and taps a young drifter (Joaquin Phoenix) as his right-hand man. But as the faith begins to gain a fervent following, the onetime vagabond finds himself questioning the belief system he has embraced, and his mentor.”
“The Master” also stars Amy Adams, Jesse Plemons, and David Warshofsky and is slated for an October 12th release.
