The stars were shining in Washington, D.C. on Friday night (April 27) as a long list of celebs attended the Google & The Hollywood Reporter Party to kick off and exciting weekend.
The A-list crowd on-hand for the Evening Celebrating The White House Correspondents’ Weekend in the nation’s capital included supermodel Kate Upton, who looked stunning in a sky blue cocktail gown while carrying a blinged out clutch, along with Sofia Vergara, who looked gorgeous in a tight-fitting black gown.
The “Modern Family” actress was thrilled to attend the event with her co-star, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, as she tweeted, “On our way to Washington !!” Jesse was also enjoying his time in town, tweeting, “Hello DC! Woot woot! I’m ready to get all political & stuff this weekend! Let’s DO this! #WhiteHouseCorrespondantsDinner”
Other stars in attendance included the stunning Elle Macpherson, Kerry Washington, and new parents Tony Romo and wife Candice Crawford.
The 2012 White House Correspondents’ Dinner is being held tonight with more big shots on its guest list including Kim Kardashian and Robert Pattinson.
