Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry will not be charged for allegedly shoving their daughter's nanny during an altercation last month.
Alliance Kamdem, the nanny hired by both Berry and Aubry filed a police report against the male model in January, claiming she was pushed against a door while holding the former couple's 3-year-old daughter, Nahla. Police listed the incident as a battery. According to TMZ, Aubry will not be charged because of "insufficient evidence."
