She?s potentially in some serious trouble, and Lindsay Lohan is hoping she can plea bargain her grand theft charge down to a misdemeanor.
The ?Mean Girls? actress will attend her hearing on February 23rd, and she is desperate to avoid jail time.
If convicted, ?She is looking at 16 months to two years on a midterm sentence, or up to three years in jail on the high term. Realistically however, I think if she is found guilty, she?ll get 60-120 days in a county jail, along with 30 days community service or house arrest,? said a legal analyst.
Pulling out all the stops, Lindsay has appealed to her spiritual side. A pal told FOX Pop Tarts, ?Lindsay was asking us to pray for her.?
