As one of the most talented actors in Hollywood, it would be no surprise if Jeff Daniels nabbed the main role of a new HBO drama.
The show, which is tentatively called ?More As the Story Develops,? is set behind the scenes of a nightly cable news show and is in the hands of ?The Social Network? producer, Aaron Sorkin.
Mr Daniels is currently in negotiations for the lead role and, if the project gets underway, it will mark the ?Dumb and Dumber? actor?s first foray into regular series television, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Currently, Jeff has two films in the pipeline ? ?Right Angle? which is due out this year, and ?Looper? which is expected out in 2012.
