Newly engaged couple Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes rang in the New Year in warmth down south. The couple hosted a New Year's party at the Pink Kitty nightclub in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Friday. Eddie and LeAnn were engaged over Christmas and the country singer proudly showed off her new ring at LAX. They celebrated their engagement in Mexico over fruity drinks and LeAnn tweeted, "Windy and chilly here in Cabo. But that hasn?t stopped us from hanging in the somewhat sun! Sooooo relaxed! I can?t believe tomorrow is NYE!?
